Applying for Delivery of a Replacement Phone

If you have subscribed to Smart Anshin Hoshou or Mobile Device Protection Service and want to apply for compensation (delivery of a replacement phone), go to the corresponding service page for the procedure.

DOCOMO's Environmentally Friendly Compensation Services

Replacement phones provided by the compensation service will be phones that meet DOCOMO's standards among those collected from customers through the compensation service or the Trade-in Program (in Japanese only).
They are provided with data erased, software initialized, and exterior parts replaced as necessary. (Some scratches may be present, but they will not interfere with operation.)

In addition to using resources efficiently by recycling collected devices, DOCOMO has implemented various other initiatives to preserve the global environment.
