Request to Download User Manuals for 3G Models Before Removal Following the Discontinuation of FOMA and i-mode Services

Thank you for your continued use of NTT DOCOMO, INC.'s services and products. We sincerely appreciate your long-standing support for our 3G models over the years.

Following the discontinuation of the FOMA and i-mode services on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the user manuals for 3G models currently available on the DOCOMO website will be removed sequentially. Customers who require these manuals are kindly requested to download and save them in advance.

■ Request to Download User Manuals
Once the user manuals are removed, they will no longer be available for viewing on our website.
For customers who require them, please download the necessary PDF files and save them on your PC or smartphone by the removal date.

Note: Availability of Functions After the Discontinuation of 3G Services
After the discontinuation of the FOMA and i-mode services on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, voice calls and data communications will no longer be available on 3G models.
Certain functions that do not require network connectivity—such as accessing the phonebook, viewing saved emails, and using the camera—may continue to be available.
