This service is applicable to customers who already own a model and apply for a new line subscription or switch from another carriers to DOCOMO with Mobile Number Portability (MNP) with it.

Models designated by DOCOMO
- Your phone must be verified to be in good working condition at a shop to proceed with the application.
Application dates
At the same time as or within 14 days of making a new line subscription or changing from another carrier to DOCOMO with Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
