Recovery Notice: NTT DOCOMO's Mobile Network Resumes Normal Operation from the Heavy Rain in the Chugoku Region from July 12, 2021

NTT DOCOMO is pleased to announce that its core mobile service has been restored and is now operating normally as of 9:22 a.m. JST, Wednesday, July 14, in certain areas of the Chugoku region of Japan which had been affected by the heavy rain since the afternoon of Monday, July 12, 2021.

DOCOMO will provide services using temporary facilities in some areas, which might lead to some unavailability of service or limit in data transmission speeds.

The company apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disrupted service and expresses its sincere gratitude for everyone's patience and understanding.
