TOKYO, JAPAN, March 24, 2017 --- NTT DOCOMO, INC. hereby announce that it has resolved, pursuant to Article 370 of the Companies Act of Japan (written resolution in lieu of a Board of Directors meeting), to cancel a portion of its treasury stock pursuant to Article 178 of the Companies Act of Japan, as stated below.
