What is docomo Denki?

We offer two electricity plans: docomo Denki Basic, which rewards you d POINTs according to the cost of your electricity bill, and docomo Denki Green, which uses CO2-free renewable energy.
These two plans are available to provide electricity in a way that benefits your lifestyle and the earth.

Subscriptions are subject to the following conditions.

  • The customer must be subscribed to a DOCOMO line.
  • The customer must have a d ACCOUNT.
  • The docomo Denki subscriber must be registered under their personal name.
  • The docomo Denki subscriber must be the same as the subscriber of the DOCOMO line. If the name on the current electricity contract is different from the subscriber of the DOCOMO line, please change the name on the current electricity contract first.
  • The contact phone number of the subscriber's address for the DOCOMO line contract must be registered.
  • If you perform the procedure on this website, you cannot change the type and capacity of the current billing plan. To change these, please contact us by phone after completing the procedure.
  • There are other conditions specified by DOCOMO in the explanation of important information and the terms of the service agreement.
  • We may be unable to accept applications during maintenance hours. Check New windowthe maintenance information (in Japanese only) for details.
  • We are suspending new applications in the Tohoku Electric Power and TEPCO areas.

Easy Switchover without Installation Work

There is no need for you go through any cancellation procedures with your current electric company, be present for installation work, or visit a shop.
With no fees incurred for installation or other work, there is nothing else you need to do between application and start of service.
