We would like to thank you for using our products and services.
We have requested that all users of prepaid mobile phones (Pre-Call) register the contractor’s name by the deadline of October 31st, 2005. However, "Pre-Call" lines that have still not been registered will have the service suspended according to the schedule detailed below.
Besides, you are even obligated by law (a law preventing the fraudulent use of mobile phones) to register the name of the contractor of a prepaid mobile phone. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Date for the suspension of use
From February 7th, 2006 (Tue) to February 8th, 2006 (Wed) we will sequentially suspend use. |

"Pre-Call" customers who have not yet registered the contractor’s name and who applied before August 31st, 2003. |

How to resume the "Pre-Call" service
For "Pre-Call" users that have had their service suspended this time, if within the phone number reservation period*1, the user registers the contractor’s name they will be able to resume the service. When registering, please take original documentation which verifies yourself as the user and your current Pre-Call mobile phone to a DoCoMo Shop and carry out the registration process.

For customers who subscribed during the period May 20th, 1999 to July 16th, 2000 and who have not registered the contractor’s name.
Please register the contractor’s name by taking your existing "Pre-Call mobile phone" and any original documents (Japanese driver’s license, Japanese passport, Japanese health insurance certificate, etc.) verifying your identity as the user to a DoCoMo Shop. |

For customers who subscribed during the period July 17th, 2000 to August 31st, 2003 and who have not registered the contractor’s name.
At the time of purchase customers registered the "buyers name" and "buyers address", so if there is no change to these, then registration of the "contractor’s" name can be conducted at a DoCoMo Shop or at the DoCoMo information center (0120-800-000).
If there are any changes to those details, please register the contractor’s name by taking your existing "Pre-Call mobile phone" and any original documents (Japanese driver’s license, Japanese passport, Japanese health insurance certificate, etc.) verifying your identity as the user to a DoCoMo Shop. |

About the cancellation of the contract after use has been suspended
Please be aware that after use has been suspended the contract will automatically be cancelled when the unit validity period and phone number reservation period*1 have expired. |

About changing the type of service to mova and changing contracts to FOMA
When changing the type of service from Pre-Call to mova or changing the contract to FOMA, the contract handling fee accompanying the change will be free of charge. |
