Cancellation of Treasury Stock
TOKYO, JAPAN, March 27, 2015 --- NTT DOCOMO, INC. announced today that its board of directors has approved a cancellation of treasury stock pursuant to Article 178 of the Companies Act.

Note: The number of issued shares after the cancellation will be 4,085,772,000 shares.
