TOKYO, JAPAN, March 13, 2012 ---
DOCOMO offered to acquire all shares tendered during the tender offer period from January 31 to March 12, 2012 on the condition that it could acquire a minimum 3,706,600 shares. DOCOMO has now met this condition and will acquire all the shares tendered.
Settlement3 of the tender offer will commence on March 19 and on that day Radishbo-ya will turn into a consolidated subsidiary of DOCOMO.
The acquisition of Radishbo-ya will enable DOCOMO, a provider of integrated services centered on mobility, to deploy a variety of related commercial businesses.

1 The combined total of all common shares (4,973,668 shares) and common shares (321,000 shares) underlying the stock acquisition rights.
2 Percentage of shares owned by DOCOMO after the acquisition, combining the total of outstanding common shares (6,939,317 shares) and common shares (328,500 shares) with underlying stock acquisition rights (3,285 rights), less the number of shares held by Radishbo-ya (277,300 shares).
3 Settlement will be made in cash by means of remittance on the settlement commencement date.
