NTT DoCoMo to Sell Stake in Telargo

TOKYO, JAPAN, February 1, 2008 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that it has agreed to sell its entire interest in Telargo Inc., a U.S.-based provider of location services, to ULTRA d.o.o., the firm's major shareholder based in Slovenia.

Under the agreement, ULTRA will purchase DoCoMo's 49% share of Telargo's outstanding stock. Telargo will then become a wholly owned subsidiary of ULTRA.
