TOKYO, JAPAN, March 16, 2004 --- NTT DoCoMo, Inc. and its eight regional subsidiaries today notified the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications of their downwardly revised fees for PDC and 3G FOMA® interconnection with other telecommunication operators. The changes apply retroactively from April 1, 2003.
