This service allows you to check your monthly usage charges online instead of receiving notifications by mail. e-billing is required when you stop receiving written notifications by mail.
To change your plan to ahamo, you need to apply for e-billing in advance.

Notes on Application

Application Start Time

Your monthly usage charges can be viewed on the website around the 10th to 18th of the month following application.

  • If you conduct procedures for applying to pay charges by automatic payment or credit card at the same time as you apply for this service, this service will be available after completion of settings for those payment methods.
  • You will get a discount from your bill starting with the amount billed for the following month when automatic payment is completed or your credit card company approves payment of charges by credit card, regardless of whether or not you access the Usage Charges Confirmation website.

How to Apply

You can apply by PC, smartphone, docomo Feature phone, phone, or at a docomo Shop/d garden.

  • If you apply at a docomo Shop/d garden, you are required to prepare identification documents to prove that you are the subscriber.

e-billing Discount

  • If you have a subscription for a billing plan subject to an e-billing Discount*2, you can receive a discount.
  • When automatic payment is completed on the payment date or your credit card company approves payment of charges by credit card, you can receive a discount of up to ¥20 per line*3 from the amount charged for the following month for that fee.
  • With single billing service, you will get a ¥20 discount for each line.
  • If automatic payment is not completed on the payment date or your credit card company does not approve payment of charges by credit card, the discount will not apply, and the discount amount will be billed in addition for the use in the month following the month of discount application.
  1. FOMA, Xi, WideStar II, and WideStar III are applicable to e-billing Discount.
    However, if you meet either or both of the following conditions, you cannot receive the discount.
    • You subscribe to the Simple plan
    • You subscribe to Gigaho Premier, Gigaho, Gigalight, Data Plus, Keitai Plan, Hajimete Sumaho Plan or U15 Hajimete Sumaho Plan
    • You subscribe to Drivers Support Plan (including the non-fixed period subscription)
    • You have a contract for a sub line subject to a single billing to which the e-billing service is not applicable.

  2. If the usage charges applicable for discount are less than ¥20, the applicable charges will be treated as the upper limit for the discount.
    If you cancel a line, the discount will not apply for the usage fees for the month of cancellation.
